What's coming up on Quay Street?
Quay Street may not be the first place you'd go if you wanted to catch a film. Or get some one-of-a-kind goodies from local artisans. Or learn the ancient art of making fire.
But you can do all those things down near the river over the next few months, through the Rockhampton Regional Council's Lively Quay Street program.
All kinds of artists, festivals and events pitched their ideas for brightening up the CBD, and the council's picks are now rolling out as free events every Friday evening.
