The Green Brothers Country on Keppel Peter Blundell Memorial Talent Search is a cornerstone of the festival's commitment to nurturing emerging talent. Among the prizes is a Takamine acoustic guitar thanks to Green Brothers and Pro Music Australia, complete with a hard case. But the rewards don't stop there – the winning artist will also opening the festival on July 13, setting the stage for a weekend of unforgettable performances. As an added bonus, they will secure a spot on the festival lineup in 2025.

Held on Great Keppel Island, the festival serves as the perfect backdrop for celebrating the richness and diversity of country music. With its scenic vistas and laid-back atmosphere, the island provides an idyllic setting for both seasoned performers and rising stars to connect with audiences and fellow musicians.

In addition to their moment in the spotlight, the finalists will have the invaluable opportunity to participate in mentoring sessions with acclaimed singer-songwriters including Lyn Bowtell, Ashleigh Dallas, and James Blundell on the day of the talent search. These sessions offer a chance for guidance, inspiration, and camaraderie, further enhancing the finalists' experience.
